Any help would be appreaciated. We have been billed for a bell which we dont have and have never contracted with BT to have. The previous owner did have a bell which we told BT to remove it. They never bothered to remove it, so we had it removed many years ago. This was taken off the bill. Now it has reappeared on a bill again. How can be sort this out?
