I am also having the same problem with the voucher not being available - my cooling off period ends today and, while researching why I could not see the claim, came across some of the threads on the community. I chose BT for the benefits of the £120 worth of rewards. I would like to cancel if the reward offered is not valid which is why I am raising this issue today.
I signed up for Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited on Saturday 8th February, The uswitch site showing the offers (valid 7th -14th February) directed me to the bt webpage which also had the offer listed next to the package. My service started on 25th February.
I would like to add that the M&S voucher is a valid offer:
The previous offer, valid 31st-6th February, was not for uswitch, however the first is. I can see that in the terms and conditions of the reward card that the date mentioned previously is that of the Broadband choices which came with a £100 rewards card however the offer for 7th-14th February also included the £80 bt reward card on both the Uswitch site and subsequently the bt affiliate deal site that choosing the deal redirected you to, however it appears bt have not included this on their reward site dates.
Please help me or advise what I need to do to proceed with cancelling the service.
