My e mails are slow to download and I have to pay 7.50 pounds a month for the privilege.

Hi @barrylee and thanks for posting.

Are your email slow to download on all devices (wired and wireless)? When you mention slow do you mean slow to open or slow to download and attachments? It would probably be best if you contacted the premium mail helpdesk on 0808 100 6778 who can run a few test on this for you.
