Wifi Disc pairing issue

Hi can anyone please advise, I have received a new disc to pair with my home hub 2 . I have had the hub for 18 months and can’t find the yellow earthnet cable to set them up. I have a spare grey one but seems it won’t connect with this.i assume it has to be the yellow one? Thanks

Hi I have been sent a disc to improve internet in house extension, trying to set up but I do not have the yellow earthnet cable that came with hub over a year ago. I have another earthnet but not working so I assume it has to be the yellow one. Thanks

Welcome to the Community!

You can use any ethernet cable to connect. But, if it is not working when you connect the disk using the cable to your router; you can put the devices close to each other and press the WPS Button on both disk and router.
