Hi ive not recieved my xbox either its been over 30 days now have contacted via web chat was told i wasnt entitled to it then ive rang up to cancel as i was sold the package which had the xbox included the lady on the phone reassured me after going through the notes i was entitled to it and everything was in place but everything is so vague about it. I wouldnt mind but i bought my daughter a tv that is 4k purposely for her xbox. Now she has no xbox if i knew this was going to happen i would of bought her a cheaper xbox and tv together. Not happy with the way bt handle this gift situation.
