Hiya ! I have been trying to repeatedly log in to see my e - mails on the BT Email page and this keeps coming up:
You're not currently logged in to email - to login, click here. I want to be able to log in successfully to see my e - mails. I want someone to sort this out right now as it is very frustrating for me, thanks.
Solved! Go to Solution.
I have tried to change my password several times and this message about e - mails keeps coming up about not being currently logged in to e - mail.
I have removed your post with your username in it. This is a public forum and you should not post that type of information.
I'm sorry about that.
Hi @Raymond2,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting.
Have you tried deleting your cache and cookies or any other troubleshooting steps?
When was the last time you were able to get logged in correctly?
Thanks
Matt
Yes I have cleared all of my cache & cookies and I still cannot log in to see e - mails. I have never ever been able to log in correctly since I re - registered. I do really want this sorted out, thanks.
Hi @Raymond2 sorry that you can't access your email account. When was the last time you accessed the email address?
When you say re-registered when was this? and was the email address previously de-activated?
cheers
John
Hiya. I have never been able to access my e - mail address since I re - registered. I re - registered about 4 years ago but I have used other e - mail addresses from other accounts that weren't BT. Yes, this was the same e - mail address previously de - activated because dial - up finished and then went onto broadband.
Hi @Raymond2,
Thank you for posting back. If you log into your My BT does it show that email address as one of your available emails?
To check this -
If it's not showing there and you haven't been able to log into your email for 4 years, then it's likely that the email address has been deleted due to inactivity. You can find out more here - Why has my email been deleted
Thanks
Paddy
Hiya. It's not coming up with the options like that you have mentioned on the BT website. It's coming up with other different options.
