I'm in a similar boat having received mastercard but not cheque. If tried both affiliates and vouchers emails addresses but get a postmaster response saying failed delivery. Would it not be easier if BT added a contact/chase up page to the original BT cashback claim page?

Thanks for the quick response. Contract was taken via cable.co.uk for £50 cheque. Claim submitted via https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/cashback/ on 01/12/16 and confirmed same day so 45 days waiting time now passed.
