Ok surprise surprise. No one called me back from BT this morning which is when the technical issue on the Sky card was supposed to be sorted. I spoke to Michael from Newcastle on Sunday evening and he assure me that he would call me back.
I tried once again to place the order online and it still won’t accept it.
I also tired to e mail the Chairman’s office, but, for a communications office, the e mail was rejected!! You could not make it up.
please if anyone out there could help I would be most grateful. We are now no further on nearly two weeks on.
Hello I have now heard from the Chairmans office and we are still no further on. They are adamant that the problem is with my Sky account and therefore I rang Sky again on Tuesday to be informed (after 37 minutes waiting) that there was NO problem their end it is BTs problem. We are now two weeks down the line on this one so any help from the Mods would be appreciated.
