I just upgraded my account over the phone with sales team.
just looked at my account and i see the icon for my broadban has changed to "More Broadband With Infinity"
I know it will not complete untill tomorrow, but it that right ??
Thought it was "Totaly Unlimited"

The title should say 'Unlimited Broadband with BT Infinity 2'.
To confuse you, the title 'Unlimited Broadband' goes with the description 'totally unlimited' (eg no throttling);
and the plain Infinity title goes with the description 'unlimited' (eg limited by throttling).
Even once the order change shows on MyBT, it may take up to 5 days for the unthrottling to take effect (often around 1 extra day).
I don't know if they've fixed it now, but for a time MyBT would show the reassuring 'No Phone, No Broadband' status during the change between the old Infinity 2 and the new.
Super-fast service had to call twice as first sale person did not have a clue what i was talking about.
Second person, was great.
Placed my order for the totally unlimited infinity 80/20 or whatever you want to call it.
Late last night all p2p restrictions have been lifted, cloud updated to 50 gig, and speed as per normal.
all within 24 hours
