@DavidM A friend of mine (Crocodile) has suggested you may be able to help. I have spent over a week getting call backs to try and sort my problem.
i can only send from my primary account to my sub acoounts. Anyone sends to me they recieve the message
450 Mailbox unavailable.
If this was a sub account i could just delete it but as it is the Primary to change email address on sites I have logged with this email address need verification from this account.
Todays the advise was to delete every email. i realise i had an awful lot of emails but to delete one by one would of taken a long time. My company IT guy managed to sort if via Oultook and they have all been deleted but I am still not receiveing emails. Would be grateful of any advice. Not sure if this helps but this was an old Yahoo email account.

As I thought it was the Call center asking me to do the same as I have done for the over a week. Monitor it for the next few days and they will phone me back.
