Re: filter unread emails

Hi, I have the same problem. Good thing you’re able to figure out the solution. I read your advice but am not very good with this. Are you able to explain this in a simpler way please. Many thanks 😊

Re: filter unread emails

Log onto your email and if you look to the right hand side at the menu bar you will see "Change View".  Click on it and select " preview pane right".

You will now see a search box above the list of emails. Next to the search box there is an icon that looks like a funnel. Click on that and select "Unread". This will filter your emails to place your unread emails at the top of the list.

Unfortunately when you log off, the next time you log back on the filter reverts back to date order so you will need to reapply the filter again.
