Just searching boards and i have this same error , live in UK, have BT Internet and can access everything wirelessly in the house but through windows pc i cant access the admin page fro the hub and its driving me crazy! BT support are useless and wondered if any of you guys can help?
ive tried 192.168.1.254 on chrome and edge
Ive tried disabling virus checker
the internet on the pc is fine apart from this

ive been with BT nearly a year and have a recent issue which BT are unable to solve
from my windows 10 pc which has a wired connection I can't access the router admin page with error connection reset!
i can access wirelessly from Apple tablet
ive tried disabling virus checker kasperski
all other internet on PC works fine
i can ping other addresses without issue
using 192.168.1.254
worked fine until recently, not changed or added anything as don't use windows pc that much!
The BT support was very unhelpful having me run around in circles and from questions asked not listening to what I was saying the issue was!

I can access wirelessly from non windows devices !! My main pc works fine for other internet connections!!
Yet another bricked HH6 I suspect.
I don't think it's the HH6 as BT supplied a replacement and that has the same issue!
I think I would try Firefox or one of it's derivatives on the Windows 10 PC. IE and Edge are not particularly good browsers.
