"Ring" Doorbell Chimes Not working - Ring working with BT for a solution?

Hi I'm having same issue connecting to new home hub 6. I've turned off smart hub but still no joy. Can you provide any pointers?

I've got a separate 2.4 and 5 channels. Thanks

Update ; I connected to the BT fon wireless network (still via my hub) then it allowed me to connect normally to my own ssid. Weird but  worked.
