Have exactly the same problem

but now unless there are at least 5 drop outs during a day they wont even raise it as a fault

the best they do is monitor the line for 24hrs which means if its a sunny day 

they class it as being fixed

can you give more information and also your adsl stats

 

are you using the test socket with a new filter

 

try quiet line test. Dial 17070 option 2. Should be quiet andbest with corded phone
