Hi Barry

Is there a link to check on the progress of reward card delivery? I believe I have met the same problem.

I logged my clain for a £125 credit card at the beginning of March but I havent received it yet. The last status update I did see, said despatch would be April 4th?!

Thank you for sending in your details. I'm sorry there has been a delay in you receiving your BT Rewards Card. I've contacted the Rewards Team on your behalf. I'll get back to you as soon as I've has an update from that team.

Hi @davidbhutchings,

The BT Rewards Team have got back to me and apologised for the delay in you receiving your BT Rewards Card. They've manually reordered your Rewards Card and this should arrive in the next 30 - 45 days.

Please once again accept my apology for the delay.
