Hi I am abit annoyed because i got told when I signed up that I would have a text gift of either a Xbox one or Samsung tab I have had no email about it and I spoke to someone on live chat about this and they said it would be dealt with I feel like I have been let down so many times with bt already
What date was your service activated, as you have to wait 28 days after that, before an email will be sent with a code to place an order on the BT Shop for your chosen gift. I assume you placed your order online?

Well no not really I was told that I should of had one in the 14 days and I didn’t then I was told 5 days and it’s really annoying me because am being told different dates
