I Can't claim uSwitch £80 Reward Card
Signed up on 09 February and service went live on 24 February. My 14 day cooling off period has now passed and no reward is showing.
It's concerning how many threads there are with exactly the same issue. The offer was clearly advertised (images below) and accepted, and contributed significantly to my decision.
Trust this can be resolved.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
