I am on the same situation, I haven’t heard anything from BT about my free gift (I worked out how to get the gift card after a LIT of googling). Not an easy or efficient service, it’s funny how big companies to don’t make it hard to take your money but make it very hard to get the things they advertise!
What date did you place your order, what package did you order, and what date was your service activated?
I ordered the 14.08, I ordered tv entertainment package and internet (with BT sport), it was activated on 29.08. I had an initial email about a gift saying I’d hear within 14 days of activation but have heard nothing since.
Your gift email is sent 30 days after activation, the 14 day information is incorrect.
