Reading Sub-Account messages

Having just been "encouraged" to update/upgrade, the new mail-box reader does not let me read/retrieve mails sent to my other (sub) accounts.

Why not?   Or did I just miss a re-setting, somewhere?

That was a very useful feature of the previous version and avoided having to login/out (and remember 10 passwords!!!)

Can it please be reinstated?

Hi. Welcome to the forums.

I've just checked, and this should still function.

Have a look at Options/Mail Options/Accounts and see if the accounts are set up correctly from there by clicking on each listed account.

Re: Reading Sub-Account messages

Thank you Andy for your welcome.

Yes, I can see that my other home accounts ARE still there.

What I was looking for, however, is the - former - ability to view (from a drop-down list) each one in turn (due to one of them having previously been 'flamed'....63,000mails!!).

Is THAT still feasible?   Or does the 'refresh' button automatically do (only) ALL of them?
