Please edit out your number, as this is a public forum.

 

That is most likely the reason. You need a working BT Retail phone line to order BT Infinity, which is why you are not making any progress.

You would have to transfer your phone service to BT Retail first, then you should be able to progress an order.

Thank Robbie read and understood.

FTTP said they can only go by there database and that I should contact openreach by filling in a form (which I have now done for the 3rd time ..) 😞
