Received and activated sim but no sign of BT Sport?

My plan comes with free bt sport on the go but when I try to activate it says it's not on my account?

Rang customer services who first said sport doesn't come with any sim only plans, thought I was going mad so had to find the offers again, when I quoted the bt website they said that it might be because my order was showing as open still and to try again tomorrow when it should be closed but I have just checked my orders and that is for my number port! Lol

There is no information on the bt website about activating bt sport on these plans, they just tell you about EE or Plusnet, about to give up.

Does anyone know how this works please?

I have figured it out, had to sign up again, I did do this when I placed my order but this time it asked for more information so it is now showing as ordered.
