@James3793 no i didn't have to do anything, just a restart of my router, BT changed everything themselves
Took about a week in total but everything is really good now

Been having this problem for months now after many years of no problems with BT. Had new routers and solutions given to me on multiple occasions to no effecT. Would be grateful for some help!

I've been going through executive resolutions for like a month or more now and they've said there's nothing more that can be done lol... it has improved a bit, and works much better for youtube but the ping spikes are still there and they're still horrible for Netflix
I'm going to ask them to close the case and see if the mod team can do anything different although I doubt they can!
