I haven't been on this thread since I was told to contact the omnisbudsmen as they couldn't do anything for me.
I was just wondering as its been a while if theres been any progress in fixing this problem as a whole?
I wouldn't mind if another admin could look into my account again too as i'm still experiencing the same issues, whenever anyone boots netflix up it throttles the speeds and im unable to play FIFA. In. 2019.

@NeilO can you help me as well please? I'm having the exact same latency problem as described in these posts. If there is a solution to this it may save me from moving to a different ISP as I appear to have nearly exhausted all of my options via the normal route with BT.
