I recently placed an order with BT for a full package after moving in to my first home...order hasn't even been delivered yet and I am having some issues!
I set up my BT ID for it to ask me for my Account Number, which I don't have. I contacted BT who said there was errors and issues with my account at their end and that it would be fixed and my account number issued.
I am still waiting...I do not know whether the hardware will arrive as I can't even track my order as it just gives me an error message on the web page and if it does whether it is going to work or not!
Can someone from BT at least explain to me what has happaned to my account?
