Hi,I have been on Inf 1 for ages and it used to be stable 55Mb/s for ages.

As you can see you're connected at 54.5meg.

Are the speedtests being done wired or wirelessly?

It's getting worse now.I can berly get 15Mb/s now.

I reported the issue on BT site but it's been few days and no answer.

Can I report it to moderators to speed the things up?

Can you use this speed tester then scroll down the page and carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.

Thank you.

Wired connection seems to be fine.No speed drop when wired.

So what can be wrong with my wireless connection?

Is there any way to test it and diagnose the problem?

You may be suffering from wireless interference.

You should try selecting channel 13 on the Homehub. It is the least congested channel. If you get any warnings when you select that channel just ignore them. They only apply in the USA where it is illegal to use that channel.

See link how to change channels
