It probably needs manual intervention to rebuild the connection after 14 days, and because of the holiday period, the next working day would be next Tuesday.

I'm sorry that your broadband hasn't been reconnected! As long as payment has been received and has ledgered on your account then the reconnection can take up to 24 hours and it's an automated process.
