Recording a subscription (internet) channel and watching another changed?

Tonight I am recording Andre Rieu on 363 (9:00 - 12:00 am) and and being advised on screen that I cannot even watch another internet channel without cancelling the above recording. I can however watch and record freeview channels without a problem.

Nothing else is being recorded on the box, looks look the problem is the box will only allow access to one subscription channel at a time.

An update to my above post, if I cancel recording then start it again everything returns to normal, i.e I can record 2 or record and view 2 subscription channels at a time

Hi has this been sorted does any one know?

just had an engineer out who tells me this can’t be done!  Someone is telling porky pies here - what is the point of BT TV if you can only record what you are watching!  I get a message saying too many recordings but I am only recording one.  Only got BT TV instead of Sky on Wednesday of this week and beginning to regret it already

This hasn't been fixed yet as it is still a problem.

Box switched to a scheduled recording & said I had to cancel the recording to go back to the internet channel.

Hi @murphy83 - yes, the fix hasn't been rolled out yet. I will let you know when it is scheduled to land. Sorry it is taking longer than expected.

Has the fix been rolled out yet? I've just noticed this problem on my box, really annoying! It wasn't like this before the NowTV changes.
