Hi my records keep jumping and freezing or stopping I just got the TV box connect Wednesday I watch a recording Wednesday and it don't freezer or stop or jump it just started Thursday can any one help please I checked all the wires and the hub and I check live TV and it's working or fine

Can you try a reset on the BT TV box and let me know if it helps?
Are these recordings the normal Freeview channels or subscription channels like BT Sport etc?
Answer this before doing any form or reset.
It has been what I recorded on Freeview I not recorded anything on subscription but it was working fine the other day on Freeview recorded channels. It just started Thursday.
