Hi @glenhill68 Sorry you are experiencing a problem viewing your recorded programs.
Is your Youview box connected to the Hub via an Ethernet cable or are you using powerline adaptors?
Do you subscribe to any Internet channels and do you use On Demand and if so have you noticed any pixelation or freezing when viewing these channels?

Hi,
It was just the HD channels that did this. I discovered it was doing it watching Live TV too. If I connected the aerial directly to the TV, bypassing the Youview box, these channels were fine.
I tried a factory reset but still the same issue. BT have sent me a new latest model box which I should get tomorrow.
