Re: Recurring Broadband Interruption

Engineer visited neighbour's house and call was closed as "no fault found".  He replaced master socket with latest variant (I guess this is done automatically).  And speed is back up. For how long nobody knows...

Your DSL Connection Rate :6.3 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 7.15 Mbps

Re: Recurring Broadband Interruption

Neighbour (working at home today) has reported connections dropping in the last hour or 2. BT speedtest is failing (but ok on my number).  Bouncing back to BT (not quite sure who to specifically).

Re: Recurring Broadband Interruption

not as low a connection speed as before but lower than it should be - are you able to go back to tech team you were dealing with?

Re: Recurring Broadband Interruption

Its a tricky one. Guess an engineer will have a plan for random line drops.
