Engineer visit #2 was at neighbour's this morning.  Will advise what happened later but stats are

you missed off the download speed which was the problem as previous stats had the correct profile of 7.15mb

Just visited neighbour (after enginer#2 visit on Monday).  d/l speed is fine and profile is fine.  So what did the engineer do? At the pole by the house he "adjusted/removed some legacy/unused? "star-wired" alarm connections".  Neither myself nor my neighbour understood any of this but appears fixed!  Where's the fixed button...
