Ok, we got BT Internet a while back. But, we never got a chance to set it up. After about two months of
being signed up we finally got the HH set up. As soon as it started trying to connect to the BroadBand we got a
RedSteady BB Light. We diddnt panic, we waited till the next day and restarted. Still got a red light. So I phoned up
,they said nothing was wrong, there'll fix it, just restart to HH in the morning. So I did. Still got the red light. Then
they told me to do the test where your unscrew the socket, and plug it into the test socket. Still came up witha red light. They s
e 2 phone lines in our house(seperate numbers) and we have another broadband network in are house on the other line (TalkTalk... you seewhy I want the HH to work...)
As I said, the 2 phone lines are compleatly seperate. Still we get the red light and the webpage says "We cantconnect to your phone line but not your broadband".
Halp? Iv given up on the BT Helpdesk!
