Just logged a call because (like some other posters) I've lost my dial tone but broadband (and broadband talk) still work OK. In the Fault details on BT.com it says....
Keeping in Touch
You can make sure that people can keep in touch with you while we fix your fault with either a recorded message or by diverting your call to a number of your choice
...how do I do this without being able to call out from my home phone?
Checked the fault tracking page. Cannot see any option to redirect
