Good morning,
I usually get around 0.75 upload speed. However for the last few weeks (maybe longer actually) I can only get around 0.35 up. I have experienced the same problem in the past on different accounts, where I had been taken off ADSL 2+ and moved back to regular ADSL connection, so I guess it the same issue on this account.
Can someone help to resolve please?

you are not back on adslmax as can be seen from your modulation.
your conenction time is only 16min is that due to manual reset or router dropping connection
Hi imjolly,
Yes I tried a final manual reset before reporting the issue here - it didn't work.
You're right about the modulation type, but this was the same when I had an identical problem on my other account (maybe I used wrong terminology in my first post).
Anyway, all I know for sure is that when someone from the team called me last time they confirmed that my up speed had been lowered (mass migration or something? not sure), anyway they then re-instated to the higher speed and problem was solved overnight. So I'm hoping the same thing can be done on this account.
Thanks,
John

Morning PaddyB,
Whats the average response time for these sorts of issues? I would really love to get it resolved before the weekend if at all possible.
