Ref# CON-0003 error message/

Looking to come back to BT. I left due to poor CS but thought I would give them another chance.

While trying to order a BB-only deal I get the error message Ref# CON-0003

Anyone able to explain the error code before I try the CS phone lines.

Problem fixed thanks to @DavidM - though he's not letting anyone into the secret methods behind the scenes.

Now just have to sort the mess I've made with my online BT account. Outfoxed by a computer!
