Refer a Friend Vouchers missing

Hi, i've referred someone to BT broadband, got an email on 11 Apr saying we will recieve the vouchers in the next 30 days but its now 26 July and still nothing. Who and how can i ask about it please? Thanks.

Thanks for posting about the refer a friend vouchers, sorry you haven't received them. The vouchers are sent by email so can you check your spam filter etc and let me know if they're there?

Hi we have looked and nothing has gone to spam. we have paid 3 bills already as well so just wondering how long it should take. thanks

@NeilO sent this to our Gift Card team. They picked it up and have notes showing they emailed you back around the 1st of August. Can you check your email please? If you can't see anything, let me know and I'll email them and CC in Neil so he can keep you updated.

I contacted the Gift Card team for you when I replied earlier. I've asked that they look into this as I can see they have it assigned. I've also let @NeilO know what you replied back to us. He should get the reply if we don't hear back today.
