Hiya, the first person I referred has been paying their bill since November and still no voucher. I called up a few times, a case was logged (so I was told), I emailed - still nothing.
Seems a bit unfair to advertise an offer that doesn't really work?

Neither myself or my friend have received our voucher, I've checked the refer a friend status and its saying it was rewarded on the 23rd-Feb. I've phoned but nobody seems to know where to find the answers.

Hi. I've referred a friend to BT they've paid their 2nd bill and we are both yet to receive our vouchers.
I can't even find the status checker on the website. Can someone please give me a hand with this. It's so annoying.
I've found the online checker. Today is 40 days since I received my email to say my voucher would be with me in 30 days.
It says rewarded on the 8th March but none of us still received them.
