I received your message to say the voucher would be with my by the 29th…. It’s not close of business time and still no voucher.
I would like the complaint re-opened and this investigated please. Not happy that this is still ongoing.
I haven't receive the gift card. I've got an email on 23/02 with the confirmation that it should arrive soon (in 30 days from first paid bill). Paid 2 bills, and the gift card didn't get assigned.
I've spoken with one person on the phone, she was completly uninformed about the referal program and had no clue what I was talking about. She sent me to an online chat. The online chat went pretty much the same, they have sent me back to hang on the phone with no information how to get connected to a right person.
My friend signed up to BT using my referral link, but I never received an email. He has also now paid his first bill, could this be looked in to please

The link I got in the email goes to my Amazon account no vouchers have been applied? I referred a friend ages ago and both have paid bills? Can you help?
