I referred my wife who was with Tesco mobile and she has now been a BT mobile customer for the last couple of months but to date we have not received our Amazon Vouchers.
I did call 150 on the 21/10/20 and was advised that they would look into the issue but I have still not been contacted.
Can someone please assist me?

Hi @Chronic007 welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received your referral vouchers, did your wife add the BT mobile plan to your existing BT services or was a new account started in her name?

My wife added the BT mobile account to our existing account for our phone line which is in her maiden name. I have a separate GB billing account number for my BT Mobile.
