Refer a friend vouchers , still waiting

Hi ,

I recommend a friend to join BT using a refer a friend link , received an email that my friend's broadband is up and I'll get my vouchers within 30 days, its been now over 60 days and no vouchers yet. 

I did recommend two other friends earlier but had similar issue and get help from moderators in getting sorted.

Hi @Zeba, welcome to the forum, and sorry you've not received your voucher from the refer a friend offer.

What does it show on the status checker? As a referrer, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by heading back to the Refer a friend site. Or following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined. Please check and let me know.

To be honest, I didn't receive a link in the referral email., to check. Its over 60 days now, my friend paid his 3rd bill too.

I also referred a friend and never got an email he did clicked on it and signed up but no vouchers. Whats happening how do I request these manually as no emails
