Refund a credit balance

My account is currently in credit in the sum of £27.10. I urgently need this to be refunded. How can I go about it?

Welcome to this user forum.

This is only a customer to customer help forum, so your post here does not go to BT.

You would need to ring BT Billing on 0800 800 150.

Any credit is normally carried over to the next billing period unless you have a very large credit balance, so I doubt that BT would be able to help.
