We've found one of our phone lines dead, we suspect a contractor might have 'borrowed' it.
Anyway, we have another line and BB over FTTP so all isn't lost. But do we get a refund of line rental automatically for the duration of the fault or is this something we have to claim? Or is this only if OR miss the three working day estimate?
Struggling to find much info, not to worried and 'compensation' but don't want to pay for something that doesn't work.
