Hi All, I am amazed at BT and am trying everything to get away from them, satelight BB first. BT are contracted to supply 0.7mb - 2mb, for months I have been recieving 0.3-0.6mb - I must haved called them about 60 times, each time the 2nd line team write a note stating the speed is below my contracted level but will BT accept this and provide a refund - NO!
Anyone else challenged them on this? Seem shameful that they contract to a service, don't deliver it then will not refund - OfCom next I think.
