Regional BBC wrong

When I plug the ariel into the back of TV I get the BBC regional news from Bristol - not that local but it covers the area I live and work in.

Plug it into the BT box and it only offers the regional news from Plymouth (over 90 miles away!) and doesn't offer any choice anymore since the last retune.

Apart from dumping the box and using something that does what its supposed to, any workarounds?

Hi @DLewis welcome to the forum and sorry that you are getting the incorrect BBC news. Try a Retune of The Channels and once it has completed if the box is picking up signals from more than one transmitter then you should be able to change the region then.

When I retuned last time that's when I lost the BBC West option. The time before that It moved it to channel 875 or some such number - now it just shows Points West. If the ariel plugged directly into the TV gets BBC West, why doesn't the box pick it up?
