I've been live with my new FTTP connection for nearly 2 weeks and so far all is well. I took the 80/20 package as BT offered it to me at the time of sale for £31. I've since been sent a link where BT are offering the fibre 100 package at £29.99 for 24 months. I went on the live chat last night but was told by the agent I talked to that they could not action this and I would need to call to see if this can be done. I called last night but was on hold for way to long so cut the call. I'm wondering if before I call back again this can actually be done without penalty or hassle.

Hopefully the link works on here.

try phoning the FTTP team but offer may be for new customers 08005874787
I'd thought as much but find it weird that on BT web page you normally go to it still says fibre 100 is £39.99.
I've just got off the phone to 2 of the nicest call centre workers I've ever dealt with and long story short is that deal is for a specific area which has had bulk amounts of properties made available for FTTP. My estate is the only one in the town of Dalkeith that had BT FTTP enabled and the rest of the town had new Virgin media FTTP installed. To get the deal they would have had to cease the account and restarted it. But they knocked my package cost down to £25 from £31 so all well that ends well.
Well worth the call
I had the same issue, the day my full fibre connection was activated I reviewed a email from BT offering me the same full fibre 300 package for £5 less than I signed up for.
