Every single night between 1 and 2, my internet disconnects without fail, I have had 2 engineers out who have been very helpful but unsuccessful to locate the exact issue. It was suggested to me that this could be a Sky issue, sending information/data or updates for my Sky box's.
Would anyone know this to be true? Has anyone else had similar problems.
Ok Thanks, I was originally using the HH5, genuinely thought it was a defective hub. Now using the hh3, I'll check the logs tonight and see what they come back with.
