I have a BT Home Hub 4 and it is disconnected very frequently. There are no current problems with BT based on the checker where you enter your home phone number. Here a summary of this afternoons activity from the logs...

You can reproduce this fault by going to
https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/secure/faults/reporting.do?pageId=21
enter your phone number and press the continue button.
This results in the hub light going red and the following initial error log

BOOT ERRORS do not show the local end seems to stay connected since when the hub is fully connected you are able to refresh the link you were on ifother sessions were open.
Are BT testing lines?
