Hi, Can anyone help me please, how do I use the alphabet letters on a BT remote control, Now TV need me to log in and I don't know how to use the letters on the remote. Thank You. Mike

Just keep pressing the button until it cycles to the desired letter

Thanks for the reply, I'm being a bit thick but do I press anything first, as in if I want the letter d, do I just press number 3 and hold it down?

Individual presses and it will cycle round
