Remote control problem

The TV & TVAV buttons have stopped working. (only had this remote for 3 months) I have tried resetting both the remote and the Youview box.

All other buttons are working correctly.

Do the volume up and down work? if not you need to re-programme your remote with the correct code for your TV

The volume control buttons are working. Only the TV and TVAV buttons not responding.
I tried to find how to re-enter the tv code but was unable to find it.

The volume control will still work even if the remote control has not been coded but it is contolling the volume on the box not on the TV, this is usually evident by the appearance on screen.

Follow the instructions here to find the correct code for your TV and programme the remote
