Removal of Spam.

Thank you KerryG  for empowering the Community Leaders to remove spam from the forums.

It had become a a nightmare to see all the rubbish that was being posted, of course our Community Leaders are signed in

at all different times of the day and night, and are able to respond quickly.

I think it has been a very good move I myself have not seen spam for quite a while,

Thank you Community Leaders and the Moderators you are doing a good job.  Smiley Very Happy

And if you live Oop North (wish I did), Brook's Restaurant in Brighouse still makes spam fritters. Reckoned to be the world's finest, but not cheap.

Re: Removal of Spam.

Thanks for the post Patty-L.  🙂

I agree, the CLs are very helpful across the forum anyway and they are a great help in removing the spam posts quickly.  Thanks guys!

toekneem - I have a spare tin of spam in the back of my cupboard looking for a good home if you want it 😉

Cheers

Kerry

Re: Removal of Spam.

Hi Tony,

I'll come round and tell her!

Just kidding

In a store yesterday they were offering samples of spam on pannini roles - I'd forgotten how it did taste good.

Not as good as the home made Pork Pies and Potted Meat in the Butchers in Darton just outside Barnsley - that would be worth going back Up North for Potty - being exciled down south I do miss such delicacies!

Michael.
